• Elementary: Up to grade 5
• Middle Grades: Grades 6-8
• High School: Grades 9-12

What events make up the competition?

• Team Future Problem Solving
• Multiple choice assessments in Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts, and Arts and Humanities
• Quick Recall
• Composition

What is the registration deadline?

• Middle Grades and High School: October 15
• Elementary: November 8

Who do we play?

Once the registration deadline passes, teams are grouped based on geography into Districts of no more than 5 teams and Regions of no more than 20 teams.

Where do we play?

Volunteer host schools are solicited first; if no one volunteers, a host is assigned by KAAC.

What is the fee?

Elementary: $275

Middle Grades and High School: $375
