KAAC’s outreach program is designed to help struggling academic teams receive emergency aid after natural disasters, establish new programs, purchase equipment or supplies, or pay competition dues.
The KAAC Outreach Selection Committee will review all applications received and make recommendation for awards.
Deadline for submittals:
- Fall: October 30
- Spring: January 15
If you are awarded aid, and accept the amount awarded, you will be required to submit receipts of expenses for the budgeted amounts as proof that the budget was adhered to in the original application. All of these receipts must be submitted no later than June 1st following the award so that the grant period can be closed out before the next period begins.
All schools and/or districts can apply for aid each year regardless of previous awards or applications. Grants are awarded to KAAC member schools only. Schools join KAAC by participating in one of KAAC’s events.
