Governor’s Cup FPS

In Governor's Cup FPS, a team of four students researches a series of global topics and applies FPSPI's six-step creative, problem solving process to resolve the Future Scene — a hypothetical scenario set 20-30 years in the future. Culminating in a detailed Action Plan, entries are authentically assessed and scored by trained evaluators.

Governor's Cup FPS is also known as "GIPS," Global Issues Problem Solving.

FPS is included in your Governor's Cup membership fee.

Future Problem Solving was founded by creativity pioneer Dr. E. Paul Torrance. If you would like more information about FPS, e-mail KAAC Program Director or Chris Hill  call Chris at 502.223.0088.
