This page will be updated regularly and is only accessed by using your coach password.  The links/resources provided are only available to KAAC coaches and should not be shared with others.

2026 Governor's Cup

You can now enter your students and officials for the 2026 District Governor's Cup competition.

You can also use the accommodation form below if you have students who may need accommodations.

Use this link to Confirm your school's 2025-26 Contact Information. This step is necessary for Governor's Cup alignments and so that communications reach the correct school representatives.

You can also volunteer to host JV Challenge, 6th Grade Showcase, District Governor's Cup, or Regional Governor's Cup by completing the form here.

 

Accommodation Form

  • KAAC policy allows certain accommodations for testing, composition, and FPS students. Students are allowed to have a reader, scribe, and/or an alternate test room based on their needs as documented in an IEP or 504.
  • For quick recall KAAC allows coaches to make the officials aware of any speech issues a student may have.
  • KAAC does not allow for extended time in any circumstance.
  • Other accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed with the KAAC Executive Director, Brad Persinger before the planning meeting.
  • Coaches must fill out this form, take a copy to the District and Region planning meetings (if the student advances), and email a copy to KAAC before the District planning meeting ([email protected]); or before the Showcase or JV Challenge planning meeting for those events.
